Mediocre care. Condescending care coordinator who did a great � job irritating me deliberately. Totally inappropriate in my view. Good � Drs. Average nursing care. Average CNA care. Overall ok �. Satisfied with the status quo I guess.
The nurses in the surgery department were great overall, one was a bit on the cranky side and rather rude to my friends that were there with me, but thankfully I didn't have to deal with her long. The respiratory tech that came in was wonderful, was the end of her shift and you could tell she was worn out, but she kept good spirits and helped calm my nerves about the surgery.
Nothings fun about a hospital, that's hard to give 5 stars, no matter what! But Dr. Folkert in the ER was amazing! He took the time to explain all the lab results that was done for my very frail Mother. I appreciate that.
My son and I were both born at St. Lukes Unity Point. I can't thank you enough for taking excellent care of my son his first week in ICU.
