Best hospital everyone from the er to 6th floor icu you guys rock. Came here with my father who was having sever abdominal pain. Not long after he got here they had him going for more test found out he had to have surgery went right away and was done in 15 min. Then we went to icu on the 6th floor all the nurses we had were very helpful and explained everything on what they were doing and answered our questions if we had them. Cheers to a great hospital. Keep up the great work
My 2 year old son had his tonsils out on Aug 2nd and was hospitalized from the 2nd to the 5th and everyone was amazing! All the same day surgery nurses the recovery nurses and the nurses on the pediatric floor were very nice and attentive to my sons needs! Thank you everyone for making our stay more pleasant
Absolutely worst ER visit ever. Nurse never seen me once in ER aside from triage. Sat almost 2 hours after Dr seen me waiting for discharge papers and only got them because I said I was walking. I am a nurse that works ED in omaha and live in sioux city.....this ED would be one of the reasons I drive to omaha. Sioux city health care is the worst!!! Definitely go to Mercy over Unity!!!
We received excellent care and both the nurses and doctors were very knowledgable and efficient
