No Service After the Sale Here is what happened: We had Unity install kitchen counters about 8 months ago. About 3 months ago the counter developed a medium size chip on the edge and I called Cheryl to have it looked at (not necessarily asking for warranty) I just wanted to see if it could be repaired. She promised to have one of the guys come and look at it. I left a few weeks go by and did a follow up call and Cheryl told me the same thing.
