Have had nothing but excellent service through Unity Healthcare. My surgeon and the spine center was fantastic.
I had wonderful care at the surgical center yesterday. The staff was courteous, timely, and professional. They do what they can to make sure you're as comfortable as possible while in their care!
I am disappointed that we were not informed that some of the doctors used during surgery were out of our network, such as the anesthesiologist and the lab used for radiology. I was under the assumption that they were to make sure that they used in network, and if they did otherwise we were to be notified beforehand.
