RecommendedWe have seen every doctor and nurse practitioner. We love all of them! Very patient with you and respectful of your opinion/view. Not pushy or rude AT ALL! They know my children and myself by name. The nurse ask about my other kids when they’re not with me and always seem very happy to see us. They always go the extra mile to make sure we are well taken care of and my kids are happy. 💕 I switched from an IU pediatrician when my oldest was a year old and am SO HAPPY that I did! The level of care is amazing.
Went to Unity with our 2.5 year old son with a potentially dislocated arm. He is normally very anxious and scared at the doctor but the staff at Unity made us feel so welcomed and were SO good with him. No tears except for when moving his arm. Doctor popped his elbow back into place and did an XRay. Very thorough and very polite! Definitely recommend Unity over ER.
RecommendedAmazing doctors, nurses, and office staff. They are always so kind, take all my concerns seriously, and work with same-day sick visits so well. The office itself is super cute, interactive for kids, and clean. Overall it’s an awesome place I recommend to everyone!
the WORST office treatment i have EVER seen. i missed 1, ONE appointment. ONE by an hour! becauae THEY wrote the wrong time down. and now my kids have been dissmissed. ONE. And it was THEIR fault.
RecommendedMy daughter has gone to Preferred for years!!! We LOVED Dr Stewart and now we LOVE Dr Allison!!! She ALWAYS listens to my concerns and takes care of them all immediately. They get you in same day for sick visit and will even have an on call doc call you back/call in meds on the weekends!! I love this office and will never go elsewhere!!

I just had a phone conversation with your billing department. The rep said she doesn't care what I am telling her. When asked to talk with supervisor, all the times it goes to voice mail. Supervisor never returns phone calls. It is a shape to have this type of service from health service provider. I have never seen any rude and unprofessional rep in my life.
