I dealt with Rik at the Cuyahoga Falls location, and he was outstanding to say the least. He has gone totally over and above what’s reasonable just to try and help me. Can’t say enough about this place. Very impressed!

I had an appointment today at 230 with Dr. Fuenning in Cuyahoga Falls. I was there at 225 and saw On my home security cameras that I review on my phone that my dog was eating trash I left by the front door. I showed the video to the staff and told them I will go home and be back by 245. They told me no if o leave I must reschedule for several months out.
