Pido Cita medica y me la imprimen con fecha y hora ok. Luego me pone un mensaje por telefono para corroborar mi Cita fecha y hora indicada . Y resulta q cuando me presento en el sistema es otra hora En mi caso tenia Cita a Las 9:30 am y en el sistema aparecia a la 1:00pm . Luego paso a chequear documentos y me dicen que si pasare mi consulta y resulta que ya van casi dos horas y yo esperando que me atiendan Sean serios con el sevicio porfavor
The new check in system they have is terrible. Also if you make an appointment you are waiting 20 min or more just to see a doctor. I've been coming here for 19 years and it's not the same, neither is the customer service. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
Even being a long time patient for years, their customer service is horrible. Tried calling to ask a sinple question and they respond so rude and like they hate their jobs. Takes forever to make an appointment. They change my primary doctor without notice, didnt give me enough time to look for another and gave me one I still havent met because the wait time is so long for an appointment.

Muy decepcionada con esta clínica para contestar el teléfono an puesta a una señora muy malcriada pienso que por pereza le corta la yamada a uno y le abla muy mal hoy 08/14/25yame alas 7.55 y me contesto muy enojada y me corto y yo solo keria saber si aun abian sitas q feo q traten la jente asi
