This is my third time here seeing this Dr and, the wait time is unaccepted. My appointment was at 1:20, it is now 2'29 and the only thing that was done is my vitals. This is unacceptable.. I'm probably going to look for another Dr. The sad part is, I don't see anyone doing anything.
I will not go back EVER. First I gave them my insurance info, including a copy of my insurance card. I know they had it because it was on the referral they printed out for me. Then I received a bill for self pay. Insurance info had been removed. After having too much difficulty trying to call billing and the office I just went down there. Insurance is updated and message sent to biller but nothing has been done except sending me the same incorrect bill repeatedly. I”ve had the worst experience dealing with the medical staff at this clinic. Although the overall concept is good. Providing health care for low- income or poor residents. The Doctors at the Brentwood Clinic is wonderful no real issues with them. The issues were with the medical office assistant/ The CNA and medical assistants on the second floor.
