I used to be an employee at UHC, and not only was it a great experience working at Unity, the patient care is OUTSTANDING! At first I had medicaid, then an HMO, and now a PPO and was never treated any differently. With Medicaid, I was treated with excellent and professional service, as I receive the same treatment with Arena PPO. Yes, I could go elsewhere, but why?
