Sean is awesome. His pricing was great. He worked with me and my budget. I am a repeat customer. He did work for me in 2020 and again this year. I referred him out to my family and friends. I am super happy.
I’m very dissatisfied with my experience. I agreed on a total price and paid $6,500 in cash as discussed. Three days later, I was contacted and told I still owed an additional $1,000, which was never part of our agreement. This kind of last-minute change is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how this business handles transactions. I strongly recommend getting everything clearly documented in writing before handing over any payment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
I rarely give 5 star reviews for any business, but - in this case - I must share my experience with you. I cannot recommend UHF highly enough. Sean the salesman was brilliant to deal with from the get go. Honest, reasonable and easy to communicate with. The product he suggested to us is top notch. here's the thing though with flooring - it's all about the skill of the installers and their crew was top notch.
