まずは電話で相談してから連れて行きました。深夜にも関わらず、丁寧に応対してくれました。 私は少しパニックになっていましたが、ゆっくり状態を聞き取ってくれたので、落ち着きを取り戻すことができました。 猫の状態を細かく診てから、先生とお話しすることができたので、猫に今何が起きているのかを把握することができました。 治療や、処置についても細かく説明してくれました。 とても良かったです。
It's been 6 months since our dog, Riley, fell from our 3rd floor apartment window and badly broke two legs. I still don't know how Dr. Filipowicz was able to fix her, but I'm so grateful to him and all the great folks at United. Not only for doing two amazing orthopedic surgeries, but for the endless support and guidance through her entire rehab process. Without you guys, we wouldn't have our beloved dog today.
Everyone was wonderful when we brought in our Black Lab, Triton who suddenly went blind. Just looking forward to obtaining results from the tests.
They were friendly, but waiting time was little long consider they didn't have lots of people.
OMD. My dog at 2 a.m. Got a foxtail. A first for us. We zipped down here and the Dr and staff are super, super great with my dog and I saw the back room and you can see staff working together. At 2:30a.m !!!! They were great. Thank you
We brought our cat, Romeo, in yesterday. He is nearing the end of his wonderful life. The staff at United Veterinary could not have been any more honest, caring and sensitive to an upsetting situation for us. The tech, girls at the front desk and Dr. Morehouse, please know that we really appreciate what you do and how you treated us and our beloved, Romeo.
