Everyone at United Veterinary has been fantastic. My vet notified them in advance and they were ready and waiting upon our arrival. They quickly got my dog's intake done and his emergency surgery was completed quickly. He's gotten excellent care from the staff. The facility is clean and well organized. They provided prompt and professional care to my cat after he had experienced trauma and needed to have surgery. The staff are very caring and patient. I really appreciated being allowed to stay alongside him as long as I wanted. They helped eased my worries during the whole process by giving me updates as things progressed and he was even discharged home early. Thank you so much for your services!
I was the first customer of the night and my total visit was 1 and 1/2 hours just to see the doctor. The first 20 minutes was for signing in and getting my dog's vitals checked. Honestly, it could have been done in 10. Then the wait for the doctor was an hour. I stated I was going to leave and then somehow, miraculously the doctor was ready to see us. Then it took another 10 minutes to get my invoice because they had to wait to hear "from the back." Did they have 1 doctor on staff that night? This was pathetic! A huge disapp... read more
Thank You to Dove, Dr Morehouse and Dr Novotny and the rest of the staff that I didn't speak to or meet, for your care of Bubba the past 24 hours. I know he can be a little difficult at times but everyone gave him the care that he needed regardless of his attitude. We were seen promptly, offered an estimate for his treatment plan and every time I called the Dr got on the phone to give me an update on him.
