Purchased four tires on eBay and had installed by them. Noticed one of them leaked appx 2 lbs. a week. Found a slow leak on inner shoulder at sidewall they would not warranty it, claiming it's only covered for 48 hrs. I returned and had that tire replaced & checked it the next day to find a large puncture in outer shoulder and they offered to replace under their 2 DAY warranty. I bought 4 tires and they were shipped and delivered quickly. When I tried to mount one of the tires it would not seal to the rim and when I looked at the bead it had a bulge that prevented it from creating a seal. I called customer service and after a few pictures and emails they shipped me a replacement tire the same day. Good customer service.
Upon inspecting the tires, I noticed some issues. One of the tires has a metal piece attached to it, and another tire seems to have been patched at the edge, which, as per my understanding, is not a repairable part of the tire.
Absolutely awful customer service and return policy. I bought one tire to replace one that had a bulge and had it installed. I work from home and don’t drive often so I didn’t notice until a week later that it wasn’t holding air. They won’t help in any way because it’s beyond 48 hours after installation. Please don’t waste your $ with this place. They’ll sell you a defective tire and steal your money
I bought 3 tires from United Tire. 1 to match the 1 year old tire I have on the front of my 2010 Honda Ridgeline and 2 for the back. All 3 tires were in excellent shape. They arrived in 5 business days which was better than I expected between the holidays (Christmas & New Year). Would definitely recommend United Tire. Thanks & Good Job! Jeff Campbell
Bought a defective tire and sent e-mails and photos. I am out $85.00 and all I got was a sorry, cause I did not notify them in 48 hours. They kept my money and now I have to pay to dispose of their defective tire. Stand up for your hard earned money to a big company
Ordered 2 used tires in great condition and they arrived right on-time!
Run away from these guys as fast as possible!! Just research all of the bad reviews and you will be more knowledgeable than I was.
