Truly amazing! The atmosphere, culture, core values and beliefs about United are real and it's an honor to be a part of something special.
I've worked here for about 2 months and I love it. The environment is phenomenal and Mat Ishbia, the CEO, truly cares about his employees and he definitely shows it.
I wanted to wait until my 90 days to write a review because I was just sure all of those smiling faces and people willing to help would diminish and coming to work would be just another task in the day. But nope! I LOVE it here and I always have a good attitude coming in and leaving! It's literally like coming to see my second family. I just love how everyone can have fun together and still manage to hit and exceed the company goals! #BestPlaceToWorkPeriod
