Excellent company. I needed a new refrigerator door handle. I had been "burned" by another company that never delivered and never communicated with me what the problem was. I texted United RV, on a Saturday, to verify that what I saw on-line was actually in stock. This rv center is the best.From sales to service the staff takes excellent care of everything.I had a great experience buying my 2017 Cardinal and the service department also did an excellent job.i would certainly recommend United Rv for any rv needs.
Wish I could give them a negative star. Ordered a hot water heater. It came damaged without any manual. Tried to contact them but they will not answer their phone. Just have a recording basically telling you to shove it. I am out $500. Going to put the old heater back in. Last time they will get a chance to screw me. AVOID them.
I bot a surge protector from them, over $300. Came loose in box with broken plastic. I requested replacement part numerous times, have never heard a thing back from them email, text or phone. I get plenty of advertisements from them tho!
Im so happy with with the quick texting back of answers for questions that are asked. I have spoken with Kevin McCollum both times, he goes above and beyond what I ask, so now any time I need something for my trailer it will be the first place ! Thanks again for everything ! Bought a travel trailer in October and traveled to Va. Experienced a few problems and called United and they responded quickly to get help to address issue. Upon return, brought trailer in for service and adjustments and United service was again very responsive. They not only resolved issues, but were clear and informative about problems. This is the worst place. They had our RV for four months the first time to fix the awning! We had just bought it and tore the awning off on the first trip and lost four months of it due to this place. I have no idea why my husband took it back there this time for more work, little things! It was supposed to be ready by the Memorial Day weekend - they again have had it for months - and now they say it isn't going to be ready.
