Worst place to work at trever and the rest of the people here are stuck ups that think there better than everyone else
Called and asked for 15k desiccants and Jake Campbell and Trevor Haselberger got it ordered, walked the site, and had them set up in no time. Had a bearing go out on a generator and it was fixed in hours. They handled fuel and checked back on progress every few days. Their techs are extremely responsive. We had to shut one down for a few hours and they walked us through getting them off and back on. Awesome experience.
I had a situation where I was in need of equipment to replace one that had completely failed. I had called several companies to discuss possible rental units that were advertised on their website. Out of 5 different companies, United was the only one where I was not sent to a voicemail. I was forwarded to the proper department within minutes.
