I called United Rentals Climate Solutions right before Christmas and explained to Ashley Anderson I had a significant smoke issue in my home. Unfortunately my elderly mother had forgotten a pot for hours and when I walked in, the house was literally full of smoke. The odor even after opening windows, turning on fans and cleaning remained very strong. He listened attentively to my issue, and provided knowledgeable and kind suggestions.
