I have to hand it to United, they absolutely were 💯
Great service as always, I only use United Rentals for my rental equipment needs.
We rented a Scissor Lift for 6 hrs. The drop off and delivery fee was $240 each. $480 total. The job was literally two blocks from United Rentals Location. I called and asked what can be done, the guy said "it costs a lot to run these trucks". It doesn't cost $500 to move a scissor lift 4 blocks total. Outrageous. Won't be using them again.
