Change lifts on me after booking to a more expensive unit. Then delivered a more expensive lift without a door when it was 20 degrees outside. I will not consider using them again, unless someone makes it right.
Called and tried to get our 1 man lift serviced they said they would email me a quote and schedule someone to come down they never bothered to send the quote or schedule anyone now everytime I call they put me on hold and never answer the phone I waited for over 30 minutes 3 times in a row apparently they don't want my business which is fine but at least say hey we are unable to do this for you instead of just leaving me on hold until I hang up very very very unprofessional way of doing business my suggestion would be to go ... read more
Rented a hydraulic drop bed trailer. The unit was clean and the battery for the hydraulic pump was nice and strong. Price was good, but couldn't find any other local dealers with this type of trailer. Pick up and return were quick and painless.
Came here at 2:00 pm to unload 2 small pieces waiting for fork lift. 3:20pm still waiting ((
