Came in and rented some equipment from Tim. He was great. Hook me up with exactly what I needed. Everything went so smooth. He was went above and beyond in helping me.
Rented a lift that they sent out with a dead battery and didn’t tell us. First problem with them is we got an electric scissor lift and within an hour or two of run time it died even though it should have 8 hours run time. A worker came out to inspect the issue. He said that he remembered hearing that it didn’t get charged and needed to be before we rented it and that it was likely the new hires fault. i ordered a part on the 10th of this month and i was told that it would be here last thursday and then i told they would stay in touch with me and i have been having to call them and they cant give me any straight answers on where it is or what's going on with it
