Don't rent from here. There are unscrupulous salesmen here. I would avoid a salesman by name "John", who would say anything to make a sale. But you may end up getting bad equipment/tools or ones that would underperform. Then, he'd make up bogus excuses and blame it all on the customers. Very untrustworthy. Watch out for tricky billing schemes that could result in unexpected additional charges on the final invoice! I run a landscaping company and have decided to never do business with this store again.
Horrible! I normally rent equipment from the Madera store and it's great. But because some of my clients are in Merced, I rent equipment from this store. They have a bunch of unscrupulous salespeople at the counter. Then when it comes to service, they have some very aggressive, rude, and incompetent technicians to make your rental experience worse.
