I rented a mini excavator for a month and after returning it a charge of almost $400 was billed to my debit card by mistake by united rentals and after several conversations with them and much distress to me in the process they graciously refunded my money and made a credit on my bill I appreciated them acknowledging their mistake and making it right I will rent from them again if I ever need any equipment
I am the owner of Hells Canyon Painting LLC and United Rentals in Lewiston, ID has played a huge role in helping with those hard-to-reach places.
