Outstanding. Josh took the time to educate us on how to use the equipment, and made sure we were fully prepared with all the tools we needed. He was very polite, friendly, and professional on the phone and in person. Definitely saved the job for us. Give them your business these are the kinds of people you want to work with!
Rented equipment from this location for one week. Our job got rained out and we called to try to reschedule our rental for the following week. We were told by our sales representative (Eddie) that United Rentals would extend our rental period and that they would leave the equipment on site. When the bill came it was for a two week rental. Eddie and his manager denied that they extended the rental period and claimed that we held on to the equipment for one week longer than we were supposed to.
