I love this place! Super helpful and so professional and nice! We used United Rentals a lot when I worked in the energy industry, and this time it was a rental of equipment for personal use. They are fantastic to work with!

John King out of Des Moines is great to work with. Timely and knowledgeable. Also, I had a maintenance guy on site who was very helpful.
The first trailer that I rented was to narrow for what I was picking up. I needed a wider trailer and I has no issues getting a larger trailer.
I rented a towable boom lift from United Rentals in Ames to take down some trees in my yard over the weekend. I got a quote online then went into the store to setup pickup and drop-off time. They were knowledgeable and friendly and were able to answer the questions I had regarding size of the lift. I needed to return the lift on the weekend and they were very accommodating.
