Rented a lift for a day and was over charged by $815 for the lift being on for 12 hours. If I had been told by any of the dozen locations I've rented from that there is an 8 hour limit on a so called 24 hour rental, I would have shut the machine off when moving around other equipment. This 8 hour time limit isn't discussed when making the reservation, on the reservation quote or anywhere on the website that I've found. Rented twice from this location and both times a first class experience. Always a please to deal with this manager (Tim) who takes the time to explain different options and available equipment. Will definitely be back.
