I do not recommend this place because they have a house listed 2130 pigeon avenue Hubbard Nebraska Nick tramp is the real estate agent to stay away from there are several mistakes on the listing they could not get our name spelled right on the contract didn't give me no notice about earnest money down until an hour before I got off work so I had to rush someplace to get money I knew nothing about also there is a hostile son that lives on the property when we were out there as informed by the realtor Nick trampthere was a mow... read more
