Extremely unhappy with home we purchased from their agent, Garrett Brooks. Within 2 weeks, doors stopped shutting, cracks in walls appeared, drywall screws popped out, plumbing began leaking, baseboards became unattached from the walls, the list could go on.
We just worked with Cynthia on an inspection report/response, and she was professional, efficient, and communicative. 10/10 would recommend!
