CORRUPTION!!! STAY AWAY!!! I have read the comments below and have experienced the same thing. wish I would have read them sooner! 1. they DISHONESTLY fill out the pre-move-in form to make the house sound like it is clean, when it is NOT. they do not report any existing broken fixtures or appliances and they tell you that they will write it down on the form later, but they won't. 2.
