They charged me $150 dollars extra for paying my rent a day late, so I finally figured out how to set up my rent for automatic withdrawal, this morning they charged me double the rent, putting my account in red, the office isn’t answering, Lisa is on vacation, the person covering for her doesn’t answer her phone and her mailbox has been full since last week, who knows how long. Stacy younger is the absolute worst.... she has emailed my financial information , sensitive personal information to other residents , without my permission or authorization. She sent it to non board members just plain residents. Lol.
