Liar, Liar Pants on Fire – be aware that this company practices the art of teaching poodles (me) to jump through hoops before even discussing releasing your $. This company is making me wait over 6 months to hopefully get $3,000 they have of mine. They claim they can do anything they want to protect themselves. Horrible deceitful merchant services – This company claims to be able to reduce the time needed to receive cash from merchat credit card processing when in fact they take TWICE the amount of time. Worse, they make you sign an agreement whereby they blatantly say 'no monthly fees' when in fact they've hidden such a clause. Beware! This is going to Calif AG!
Very Sloppy Operation, Bad policies, communications and operations - for their customers anyway – I have been using United Payment Services for about 1 yr. The rate was great. Then things started happening. On occassion batches took a day or 2 longer than supposed to to get to my bank. Last January a whole weeks worth of my receipts were held up. Horrible customer service! Very cheap equipment! – I have had an awful experience with this company so far. Their customer service is horrible. The equipment they sent me broke the first day I had it and when I sent it back to them they claimed I would have to pay $599 for a new terminal. They were also very misleading as far as what the actual package I was receiving would include. They bait you in to having to buy additional equipment.
