Worse company I've ever encountered – If I could put zero stars I would. I too got roped into a contract that was told was the application. These people do not care about their customers whatsoever. Customer Service are the rudest people I've ever spoken to and they all say the same thing "It's in the contract". Outstanding Costumer Service Every Time !!!! – I am new to Unitedpayment Services (6 months), but have only great things to say. When I had trouble refunding money back to my clients account, Sean , Janett and Melissa assisted me thought out the whole process. Scam merchant company – BEWARE! COMPANY will do ANYTHING to get your MONEY !!! My Wife inquired about a merchant service account and was blindly led to SIGN a contract she did NOT know was a contract and sign MY name. She should not have signed my name BUT she never would have had she known it was a contract! Also they sent a revised "contract" that she NEVER signed so it should have been void anyway. Sales nice as pie, Customer Service reps are lady Gangstas! – I have had an awful experience with this company so far. Their customer service is horrible. They nickle and dime you every 3 months. They were also very misleading as far as what the actual package I was receiving would include. They bait you in to having to buy additional equipment. SCAM AND MISLEADS – THEY LIE IN EVERY ASPECT. THEY PUT ME IN A THREE YEAR CONTRACT WITH TERMINATION FEES WITHOUT ME TO KNOW ANYTHING. THEY CHARGE DIFFERENT FEES THAN THE ONES THEY PROMISE. MISLEADING IN THEIR ADVERTISING AND TOTALY NOT TRUSTFULL.

BEST IN BUSINESS – We have been processing with this company for three years now and We are finding quite the opposite to all the complaints given below. We have been in business now for just over thirty years and been with several credit card processors. With that said, in dispute to the comments listed below of monies being held, this is part of accepting credit cards. Misleading and poor customer service – This company will mislead you into signing a contract and not following through. Will tell you the equipment is free, and then say it's free to use. The contract you view online to sign, does not show tthe comments when the actual contract is received. Very poor customer service, from top management to people answering the phone. Stay far far away from this company.
GREAT COMPANY – I have been with United Payment Services for about 2 years and find them to be an honest, ethical company. Great Rates and Service. I highly recommend them.
