I tried to cancel the Juno DSL services in March 2008. I am still having problem terminating this service and it now August 2008. The customer service representatives does not understand English, plus the call center is located overseas. I was told that I need to return a modem (box) in order for them to terminated the service. I agree to a pay the early termination fee and still Juno is charging my each month. I do not recommend this internet service. Beware of continuous billing after cancelling svc with Netzero or Juno. Keep your referenc/confirmation numbers for future calls you may have to make! ;-)
