We receive prompt and courteous service from Rocky
Great service, exelent customer service by Carlos Jimenez.
So this visit wasn't as pleasant. I set the earliest appointment 7am I was there at 650. But yet I didn't leave til almost 10 am. I have never been there so long for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Than they charge me $40 when the tire rotation was 24.95 so I asked . They charge me almost 20 for supplies or something at that point I told him I own the tires and rims so you charged me for the power tool they used to take off?
