I called 5 times over the course of 3 days, but the front desk receptionist was snarky each time and just said I can’t book an appointment at the moment but I could leave my phone number so they could give me a callback - they never did. I’m starting to wonder if the doctor just wants to meet the minimum criteria to get paid and do no work to earn that salary.
My review isn’t directly for Dr. Hariri- as I never got to see her. This office uses a system called “Zordoc” and it does not work! I filled out the long pre-registration forms that they ask for 3 different times and these forms took 45mins-1 hour to complete, each time. So due to their system not truly submitting my completed forms they cancelled my appt 1.5 hours before the appt.
