This is on the first floor. The entrance is on the back side of the building. There is parking on the backside too. Staff were very polite. Went there for an x-ray on a Saturday early morning without any appointment. I was out within twenty minutes. They also answered my call earlier in the week. I would definitely recommend this location.

They want copay for MRI $350 up front and can’t bill unless I pay half at time of appointment. This is the only facility that turns away patients and I work with the doctor that referred me here . I would never refer our patients here again .

I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and had to wait 1 whole hour until the tech arrived. I scheduled it early morning before my work day started so this already pushed back everything on my schedule. After the appointment, I specifically asked the tech if they would automatically send results to my doctor who ordered the scan. He said yes. Now, 3 months later, my doctor's office says they haven't received anything. What a terrible waste of time!

They let you pay upfront but do not provide an invoice. I was told to call the corporate office to get my invoice, later that day. In the corporate office they told me the can not send me my invoice, I just have to wait a month until I get the invoice via mail. Very unprofessional, since I need the invoice to get reimbursed by the insurance.
