This location got me in right away for an MRI, the staff was great. Very nice and attentive. Definitely recommend.
I am very unhappy with this clinic. I have breast cancer. I went to the reception to make an appointment. I told them that I had pain and that I found something in my breast. But they ignored me and gave me a month. And now for four weeks my primary doctor and I have been calling them to get the mammogram results, but they say: "Sorry, the results are not ready yet." This has caused stress and aggravated my illness. I think the doctor at this clinic is irresponsible towards patients.
Started our appointment 35 minutes late after specifically requesting we arrive early.
This place has the worst staffing in the front office and the billing department is very unorganized. This is unfortunate because with all the staff they employ to work in there office you would expect great service. The office needs to be restaffed with employees who are willing to work to promote their business. A lot of the employees there seemed very lazy and busy doing nothing but chatting at their stations. This location though has excellent machinery for test like MRI's and have excellent radiologist to read the film ... read more
