It’s so unfortunate to rate this place so low because the staff themselves are very nice. However, I called multiple times, left voicemails, requested callbacks, and even submitted my paperwork online for someone to call me to make an appointment and no one ever did. They don’t answer their phone or respond to their online portal. I even called corporate and they don’t answer.
Never answered the phone, called me back after leaving a vm or followed up on my online form request for making an appointment. I cant even make an appointment with this facility.
Went to this location with my mother for her CT scan while having a PET scan at another location the next day. The front desk is so incredibly incompetent that she somehow canceled my mother's PET scan the following day at a DIFFERENT location. Mind you her PET scan was at 7 am at a location that was a combined 1.5 hr drive. And now we have to repeat the drive another day because they're not going to be able to do the PET scan because the girl at the front canceled it. For the love of God learn what you are doing. Won’t be coming back. About six months ago, I took my son in for an MRI with contrast, which required an IV injection. My 13-year-old was in the MRI room for over 20 minutes while staff repeatedly tried to find a vein. He came out with at least five poke marks on both arms, only for them to tell us they still couldn’t find a vein and that we would either need to reschedule or do the MRI without contrast.
