Won’t be coming back. About six months ago, I took my son in for an MRI with contrast, which required an IV injection. My 13-year-old was in the MRI room for over 20 minutes while staff repeatedly tried to find a vein. He came out with at least five poke marks on both arms, only for them to tell us they still couldn’t find a vein and that we would either need to reschedule or do the MRI without contrast. Excellent facility and very friendly Minimal wait times
I was scheduled to have an MRI and explained to the technician that I was extremely claustrophobic. She couldn't have been more patient and compassionate than she was. She offered me a mask and proceeded with the MRI telling me how great I was doing. Before I knew it it was over, she didn't make me feel embarrassed about being so scared. Thank you so much Iris & Frankie! You girls are the best!!
I have been waiting for MRI results for a month. They initially told me it would take about three weeks but we are now at the month mark and nothing!! They said they will check with the radiologist. I have had anxiety for weeks awaiting these results. This is unacceptable from a medical practice. If they cannot get results in a timely manner then they should not continue to accept patients until they are caught up on their backlog.
