They want copay for MRI $350 up front and can’t bill unless I pay half at time of appointment. This is the only facility that turns away patients and I work with the doctor that referred me here . I would never refer our patients here again .

I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and had to wait 1 whole hour until the tech arrived. I scheduled it early morning before my work day started so this already pushed back everything on my schedule. After the appointment, I specifically asked the tech if they would automatically send results to my doctor who ordered the scan. He said yes. Now, 3 months later, my doctor's office says they haven't received anything. What a terrible waste of time!

They let you pay upfront but do not provide an invoice. I was told to call the corporate office to get my invoice, later that day. In the corporate office they told me the can not send me my invoice, I just have to wait a month until I get the invoice via mail. Very unprofessional, since I need the invoice to get reimbursed by the insurance.

Efficient and polite service. Manager Ben Barel was fantastic. He was very helpful in copying MRI scans from previous visits and facilitating getting me a copy of my studies on CD.

Waled in for x-ray. Forms were not extensive but could be info on my referral. In & out in 30 -45 mins top. Tech was very calming, gentle & professional.
