lazy staff refused service before closing time and shut down early in order to avoid working. Blatant patient disregard, random days where technicians are missing, low quality service means don't even try with this place

I’ve gone here twice and have had a pleasant experience both times. Front staff were professional and helpful, as well as the staff that assisted me with my mri. I also appreciate that they do detailed reports for your results

Amazing experience at United Imaging in Mission Viejo! My father had a great experience here, especially with ( Nestor)in the MRI department. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and truly professional. He made the whole process comfortable and easy, and you can tell he has a lot of experience. It’s rare to meet someone who takes their time to make sure you feel relaxed and well taken care of.
