Records dept. Horrible, horrendous service. No one knows what they are doing! Absolutely pathetic place. Stay away!
Amazing experience at United Imaging in Mission Viejo! My father had a great experience here, especially with ( Nestor)in the MRI department. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and truly professional. He made the whole process comfortable and easy, and you can tell he has a lot of experience. It’s rare to meet someone who takes their time to make sure you feel relaxed and well taken care of. Thank you, (Nestor ) , and thank you to the whole team at United Imaging Mission Viejo for the excellent service! Highly recommended
This MRI place has no empathy for any human being I've been suffering with horrible back pain ongoing and they're telling me and slapping me in the face and telling me they can only get me in December 10th totally unacceptable
Lazy staff does not answer phone. Can not set up appt. Im told to go anywhere else thats not this place by people who have been here. I will contact the proper authorities. And consult with my doctor. People please go anywhere else. There negligence and blatant disregard for the patient is a sign not to come here.
Worst service of all time.
