Very kind friendly and very Patient to have a patient with such tiny veins whom u inherited from grandma and she took her time but wasn’t comfortable so she called her helper no problems at all no fishing all over the place like other places and caught nothing so I was very impressed able it the time they spent trying to pop up veins God Bless All Of the professionals who’s jobs have to b difficult we need to give them more credit for their jobs of jabbing us it has to take a toll on them some times I pray for all Medical pr... read more
Wonderful experience. Natalie is great! She took time to explain everything. Was very compassionate with my comfort and how I was feeling. Very patient and knowledgeable about the procedure. She also eased my anxiety with playing my favorite music during the procedure.
