Receptionist was very rude on the phone and wasn’t helpful at all. Really bad customer service. The doctor was sick which I understand but they cancelled my son’s appointment without giving me an alternative option. To me this seems like a problem that they should have sorted. My son had surgery last week and needed a doctor to check his wound as directed by his specialist. It would have taken about five minutes to check, if that. Absolutely horrible customer service.
My partner and I are proudly having our first child. Unfortunately my partner is going through the very normal but unfortunate side effects of pregnancy; Pre-natal depression and anxiety. As advised by our midwife we were told to seek medical advice so we booked an appointment here to try do just that. We were met by a GP who I believe to have been the most misguided man I have ever met. The receptionist with the Irish accent is extremely rude and has no manners. Cannot do her job properly, says she books you for a time and date and then doesn't put it down so you lose an appointment slot.
