Their newest doctor, Dr Natalie Magee helped me feel so listened to and welcome. She took time to explain things for me and ask follow-up questions. So many GPs can be quite cold and you’re in and out the door, but I didn’t get that vibe from her at all.

Wonderful caring doctors. Receptionist Clarice, is always cheerful and greets patients in a professional and caring way.
Receptionist was very rude on the phone and wasn’t helpful at all. Really bad customer service. The doctor was sick which I understand but they cancelled my son’s appointment without giving me an alternative option. To me this seems like a problem that they should have sorted. My son had surgery last week and needed a doctor to check his wound as directed by his specialist. It would have taken about five minutes to check, if that.
