This was one call I am glad I made, I got tired of high pressure and no result sales tactics from some other facilities I had experienced. I got the best of both worlds, I got in great shape and learned real world self defense. Not to mention, the owner, Chris Sutton , is actually at the facility and interacting on a daily basis. This is an outstanding organization.
A great experience for my entire family- professional , friendly and great programs.
