This has been one of the best decisions that my family has made as a family in many years. We signed up for the COBRA Defense class and while waiting for the actual class to start we were allowed to join the Mixed Martial Arts Classes, and we did. This place really has it all- make sure you know how to get in the plaza the first time. It's easy once you know how. I got in great shape and I have done the "gym" thing over and over.
