Chris Sutton is a true Pioneer in Reality self defense training. There is not another program out there that will prepare you for a real life situation like thier C.O.B.R.A 10 week academy-AMAZING- Sifu, Brian Spiegel
This place is very professional and clean. You can loose weight in there cardio classes and take mixed martial arts that same night. I do have to say that there COBRA program is just awsome- even with experience I have never seen anything this close to reality-truly amazing fo all ages.
Call them FIRST. There UBC weight loss program is great and I am now taking there mixed martial arts program. If i can do this at my age-with kids- anyone can. Seriously call them first.
Great Staff and Instruction. There self defense programs are unreal and everything I wanted. I shopped several schools and they were less than adequate. Chris Sutton is actually at the facility and teaches. He is an outstanding Instructor and you should not miss the opportunity to train with him and his staff. A++++
One of the only full service fitness and self defense centers in the Bay area. You can loose weight (20+ lbs) which I did and even join ther popular Mixed martial arts program (awsome!!!). GREAT organization for the entire family.

An outstanding organization with a lot of different programs. My expectations were exceeded and I advise anyone that really wants great quality out of a martial arts or fitness program to call them first, it will save you time and money.
