I had a terrible experience with this company. They inspected my condo before purchase and did not mention that a large upper window was totally rotted on the outside. After months of getting bugs in my new condo, I now have to replace the window for $3,000. I contacted the inspector Mark to discuss this oversight with him and he was argumentative and took no responsibility. Three different window companies say there was no way an inspector wouldn’t notice this damage. Do not use United Home Inspection!

The first thing you asked me Ms. Rembert is if United offered any warranty or guarantee with their inspection services. I informed you that the the inspection and report are not intended to be used as a warranty or guarantee as stated in the Pre-Inspection Agreement you signed on September 25, 2019. In the report it clearly stated in all capital letters "FOGGED THERMAL GLASS AT ARCH WINDOW. HAVE QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR BID FOR ARCH WINDOW REPLACEMENT BEFORE CLOSING OF ESCROW".
