I have used United Home Experts on several occasions and I have referred them to friends and clients. My experience with them has been incredible, they are so attentive to their clients needs, and their professionalism & caring is unmatched in the industry. I have never heard a negative comment about UHE. A roofer fell through my ceiling (he was luckily ok).Tons of exposed nails left sticking out of my ***** (craftsman style house) which they will not fix.Project manager gave excuse after excuse and was missing for a great deal of the project.
United home experts was incredible Communication, quality work, and awesome products. They really know what they are doing, I look forward to my next project with them
Simply horrible to deal with . Paid $80k for siding and a new deck 4 years ago. Found water damage caused when they went through two pipes with a minimum of 5 nails. Pictures below show the damage. United sent a general contractor out to fix the problem, and he actually made it worse. His repair actually allowed even more water to come out of the pipe.Tried to work this out with United directly, and they gave excuse after excuse why they are not at fault. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Tim C (Sr. Estimator) and everyone in the company, when we put on a new roof and skylights. Given that positive experience, we contacted them again for windows and Everlast siding. Once again, Tim C and Chris S (Project Manager), saw to every detail we requested, and more. ( NO STARS) I had ****** windows installed by United Home Experts (UHE) in Ashland, MA, and 2 years later I am still waiting for the punch list to be complete. No caulking was done on the exterior windows, which I had to pay the painter to do the task that I originally paid UHE to complete. Per ****** window installation guide, caulking is recommended on all windows, I'm not sure why the mfg's installations were not followed, by UHE. We hired United Home Experts for a recent chimney flashing and gutter repair job and were very satisfied with everything. This was the third time we’ve used them for a home improvement project. Both the original estimate and repairs were done by Technician Doug. The estimate was done with no unwanted sales pressure and the job itself went very well. Doug was prompt, professional, friendly, and he fully explained everything to me. I would certainly look forward to working with him and United again. ????????
