I can't give a more glowing review than 5 stars. I needed to repair my floor in front of a door that required only a smallish piece, about 36"x3". But I knew that I had to buy a whole box. Sadly, the floor that I had was discontinued. We looked at various other samples that were close to my floor. When we found one, I wanted to buy just the floor sample. No clients were in the store, 3 staff. They looked me up and down and ignored me. Finally after three minutes of walking around, I asked very nicely if there was someone who could talk with me about flooring they kindly said just give me a few seconds. 7 minutes later, they couldn’t care less about me…still no one in the store. Smelled like the inside of a cigarette tray….got the sense they would have helped me if I was a man or someone else. Not sure. Their loss.
Googled nearby flooring places and this was in my results. It’s a little hidden away at the end of a warehouse alley/little road. Very knowledgeable staff. Learned some new and very useful things when it came to buying engineered hardwood that I was looking for. They even had some tips for leveling and refinishing. Was able to borrow a big sample during my consideration. Returned it when I went in to place my order and provide my credit card.
