Admittedly, I was hesitant at first to engage United Group because the whole homeowner advocacy with the insurance company (Prestige Claims) along with the United Group roofing company was new to me. I was an adjuster for 37 years and this salesperson from United came to my hood in Buford yesterday and said they saw hail damage on my roof from the ground when I was just up on roof last week. I had a no solicitation sign in my yard so they do not like to respect boundaries nor do they like to act ethically by not making up roofing issues that do not exist.
