My roofing service was excellent! United Group came out and inspected my roof and explained exactly what was needed. They reviewed my home insurance policy to verify all was good. I set an appointment with United Group Roof Service right away. The team came out on time and completed my roof in one day! They were so professional from beginning to the end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITED GROUP.....office has great communication with customers, workers are superb....they do excellent work and Hector is absolutely amazing!!! Also, if you need inside ceiling repair, ask for Rudy....he does excellent work as far as painting, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Great experience from start to finish! We worked closely with Will, Elena, and Cindy and they were all so incredibly helpful. Will did a great job assessing damage and making sure every concern was addressed and taken care of. Our insurance company was giving us a bit of a run around, but Elena and Cindy were amazing with helping navigate our insurance claim to make sure they covered everything outside of our deductible.
