Ms. Cindy Alvarado is awesome! Over the 25 years I have owned several homes where I had to replace roofs. I have never received the level of customer support that Cindy provided. She communicated with me throughout the roof installation and repairs. I will be sure to tell my friends about the United Group.
Drivers like to cut people off
Let me just start by saying if I could give this company zero or negative star I would. It started to happen around 7 months after getting the roof replaced. I had to call them at least 5 times to come fix the roof because shingles would fall off the roof every few weeks. It leaked two times in my master bath, and until this day they still haven’t come to paint the ceiling when they said they would.
