I do not like how they handle business. Read any contracts with a magnifying glass. Update: I went back forth with the office a while ago and addressed the issue I had with prestige adjusters that you work with. There was no resolution and I essentially never recouped funds I found were owed. Thanks for responding.
Replaced my roof in April 2023, called yesterday about a leak in the master bathroom. I learned that warranty was for 2 years and they don't do repairs on $17k roof they replaced. Read the fine print before you sign off. Certificate of warranty no good.
