The entire process was easy from the beginning with the online forms. This process saves time and limited my waiting time. I was seen with no additional wait time. The entire staff I encountered were very professional.
I had a great experience. Jamier was absolutely wonderful during my initial visit—very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. My colonoscopy procedure itself went seamlessly, and the staff was attentive and reassuring throughout the process. The only downside was having to wait about 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the quality of care and the professionalism of the team made up for the delay. I would still recommend them to others!
