I went out to my garage and a green light was flashing on the control. It opened from the control, but not from the car controls. I thought, "Just another annoyance in a time of annoyances!" I called the first Google listing for garage door repairs. How lucky was that! Ron was totally helpful and told me to go to the lock button on the control. He was extremely helpful and kind. I hope I won't need a garage repair any time soon, but if I do, I know where to go. You should too!
This morning we realized our garage door cable snapped. My car was trapped inside the garage. We were concerned that we would be unable to get service during the holiday week. Once I called United Garage Door, David was here before 11 o'clock this morning. David was extremely polite, professional, and efficient. I am really relieved to be able to get my car out of the garage today. Thanks United Garage Door and David!
Excellent experience from start to finish. Prompt response time and they were able to install two brand new doors for me just two days after quote. Quality was top notch and very friendly and knowledgeable owner. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
This was a great experience. We received honesty, quick work, and excellent work on a very hot DFW day. Ron, our tech was excellent. They will be our first call always go garage door issues.
Very prompt service- they sent someone the same morning as I called for service. Not only did they do the job, but they upgraded some nails and also didn't even charge us for one of the brackets. That AND they gave me a coupon discount I didn't even know about!
