Cant complain at all. Called about an issue and was able to make an appointment same day. Owen came and showed me the issue with my garage door. He was able to fix it quickly. Gave me some recommendations and pretty much explained my options. I appreciate when people are up front.
It was a very pleasant experience. They answered the phone, made an appointment, came when they said they would. Came back the next day & completed repair. Such a pleasure to do business with! Quick professional service. Technicians arrived on time and quickly resolved the issue of my door operating randomly on it's own. They provided 2 new remotes because I had lost the original remotes and reprogrammed my new remotes . This solved my issue with the door opening and closing on its own.
