I’ve been a patient at this office since June, and while Dr. Arthur is great, the office staff has made my experience incredibly frustrating. Issues: Billing: Despite providing my insurance information twice during my visits, I continue to receive huge bills as this office was using one of my old insurances (3-year-old from their system). Such amazing Drs. My Daughter had her tonsils removed. Such a nice and professional group who makes something so scary so manageable and easy.
I referred by my MD primary doctor to Specialist but end up to seen by unprofessional NP. This not acceptable that NP work instead of Specialist. An MD knows better than an NP. When a primary physician is referring to a specialist, the patient expects to see a specialist not NP. Additionally, the patient is being charged the specialist fee. Also, my complain was about my left ear, but the NP said it is my right ear. This location does not even deserve any start.
Dr.leach did such an amazing job on my thyroid surgery 2023 . I’m super thankful I got him to be my doctor .:)
Dr Uyesugi was excellent - he was thorough, great bedside manner, and answered all questions! His staff was professional as well and saw me quickly. Thank you!
