For the past 8+ yesrs, Laura & I have had a sterling financial & personal relationship with the Troy Branch Staff / Team. Yes, they have notified me of potetial unauthorized use of my cards & suspended further transactions until issue was resolved in very reasonable period of time. The Troy Branch Team know their clients, call them by name & accomdate / assist to get done the finance service needed. Awesome Team! Proficient, knowledgable, & accessible.
The people at United Credit Union are very friendly and helpful full. I don't know why I dident go there for my Car Loan sooner. They made it very easy and interest rates are great.
